Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TaBill, developed and operated by Prakash Parmar, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India (“TaBill”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What TaBill is

TaBill is a tool that helps employees to prepare, calculate, and print their monthly Travelling Allowance (TA) bills. It is a self-serve productivity tool, chosen and used at your own initiative — it is not an officially procured or department-issued system, and using it does not substitute for your department's own bill submission and approval process.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your profile (bank details, employee ID, etc.) up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. If your operator invites you and you already have an account, use Linked Accounts to connect them rather than creating a second account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use TaBill to submit information you know to be false;
• attempt to access another person's account or data without authorization, or bypass any security control;
• use automated means (scripts, bots) to interact with TaBill outside normal use of the application; or
• use TaBill for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

5. Fees

Core features of TaBill are currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans or paid features in the future; if we do, pricing and payment terms will be clearly disclosed before you are charged, and any features you already rely on for free will not silently start charging you without notice.

6. Your content, and your responsibility for it

The bill and profile information you enter belongs to you. By using TaBill, you grant us a limited right to store, process, and display that information back to you (and to anyone you deliberately link your account with) solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for verifying that every figure on a generated bill is accurate and complies with the applicable Government Resolutions and travel rules before you submit it to your department. TaBill calculates suggested amounts from rates and rules configured in the system, which may lag behind a rule change, contain an error, or not cover every situation. TaBill is a drafting aid, not an authoritative source of entitlement, and does not replace your own judgment or your department's review.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

TaBill is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee TaBill will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated figures will be accepted without query by any government office.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaBill and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including any rejected, delayed, or incorrect bill submission. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of TaBill at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of a change that materially affects your ability to use the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using TaBill and delete your account at any time from your Profile page (see the Privacy Policy §9 for what deletion does). We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, or if required by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as TaBill's features change or as law requires. Continuing to use TaBill after an update means you accept the revised Terms; for a material change, we will show a notice in the app.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of TaBill is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
